Found a lower price? Let us know! If you receive a lower written estimate from a qualified local flooring competitor for comparable products and installation services, we’ll review it and do our best to beat their price.

Terms & Conditions

Our Low-Price Guarantee applies to legitimate, verifiable written estimates from licensed flooring retailers or installers for comparable flooring products and professional installation services.

To qualify, the competitor’s estimate must meet the following requirements:

1. Valid Written Estimate: The competitor’s quote must be dated within 30 days of the date the customer requests a price match and must be provided to A&S Flooring for verification before the project is scheduled for installation.
2. Comparable Flooring Products: The quoted products must be identical or substantially equivalent in brand, quality, construction, material, thickness, wear layer, weight, texture, and overall specifications.
3. Complete Project Pricing: The competitor’s estimate must include all applicable costs, including flooring materials, installation, delivery, removal of existing flooring, transitions, trims, and any additional charges.
4. Accurate Measurements: The estimate must be based on actual project measurements and, when applicable, an evaluation of the existing subfloor and installation conditions.
5. Detailed Breakdown: Written estimates must clearly identify the rooms or areas included, approximate square footage, products selected, installation services, subfloor preparation, and any additional upgrades or charges.
6. Qualified Competitors: Estimates must come from legitimate flooring retailers or professional installation companies operating in the local market.

Exclusions

The Low-Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Discontinued flooring products, clearance items, closeouts, or liquidation sales.
• Pricing errors, typographical errors, or misleading advertisements.
• Special promotions, rebates, coupons, or offers that cannot be independently verified.
• Quotes for products that are not identical or reasonably comparable.
• Estimates that exclude required installation services, materials, preparation, or additional project costs.
• Incomplete, unverifiable, or non-binding estimates.

A&S Flooring reserves the right to decline any estimate that is deemed invalid, misleading, unverifiable, or not a legitimate competitor quote.
